Your personal information is used solely to search publicly available government unclaimed money databases on your behalf. It is not used for marketing, not shared with third parties and not sold under any circumstances.

Information you provide is held securely and retained only for as long as necessary to complete your search and communicate results. It is not stored in any commercial database or CRM system.

Government Databases

Searches are conducted using publicly available government websites. Rich Williams does not have special access to government systems and does not store or retain any government data beyond what is publicly available.
